Foreign education consulting and student recruiting companies/firms/individuals as Ordinary Members who are interested in the objectives of the Society and confirm to such conditions as may be specified from time to time by the Governing Body in this behalf. They shall have voting rights and shall pay annual subscriptions as decided by Governing Body from time to time. |

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS |
| |
This membership is for Foreign Education Institutes or any professional Organisations and commercial companies who are interested in the objectives of the Society, on such conditions as may be specified by the Governing Body. |

The Governing Body may admit as Institutional Members any Departments/Agencies of the Government of India or any State Government or any University/Department/Institute or any Society or Organisation, which are interested in the objectives of the Society, on such conditions as may be specified by the Governing Body |

HONORARY MEMBERS |
| |
Three Nominated Members – Any three (3) persons, who are eminent in any walks of life and who can contribute their time and expertise or otherwise to the objective of the Society might be chosen by the Governing Body as Honorary members. The Honorary Members will participate in all the Governing body meetings and advise on different issues for the welfare of the association, however they do not have the right to vote |

PATRONS |
| |
Persons occupying high position or enjoying status in the society, may be invited to become PATRONS of the association by the resolution of the Governing Body. They shall, however, have no voting rights on the association affairs. The appointment shall be for a period of one year which may be extended by a resolution of a Governing Body |
