Mr. Chavva Chandrasekhar Reddy, aged 72 years, is the Chairman of Visu International Limited. He has also promoted Visu Educational Services Limited, Visu Cybertech Limited, UK, which were merged with Visu International Limited. He was also one of the partners of M/s Coaching India, whose business was acquired by Visu International Limited. Mr. Reddy has over 2.5 decades of experience in running the companies successfully.

Mr. Reddy is a law graduate and started his practice as an Attorney in the year 1960. Mr. Reddy was exposed to International Law and represented India in various International Law Conferences held in Moscow, Berlin and Helsinki under the leadership of the legendary Mr. V. K. Krishna Menon. During this period, when he was in USA, he was a member of the U.S. Technology Transfer Society, U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Australian Chamber of Commerce. He was also a Special Invitee to the African National Congress (ANC) and addressed the ANC in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is a member of the Osmania University Academic Senate at Hyderabad, India.

He worked as Vice Chancellor of Dakshana Bharata Hindi Prachar Sabha for three years.

Mr. Reddy is also an advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh on Foreign Investments and NRI Affairs.

Ms Alka Lamba  is currently appointed as “Secretary All India Congress Committee (AICC) “ at the Indian National Congress. She began her political career in 1994 when she was in second year of B.Sc where she joined the National Students Union of India (NSUI) and had taken the responsibility as Delhi State Girl Convener. After one year in 1995, she contested the Delhi University Students Union(DUSU) election for the post of President and successfully won by huge margin. In 1996 she worked as All India Girl Convener for NSUI and in the year 1997 she was appointed as the President of ALL INDIA NSUI.

In the past she was also appointed as the General Secretary of All India Mahila Congress and appointed as Vice Chairperson of NIPCCD, an autonomous body of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India.

Ms Alka Lamba is a good example for a Smart and intelligent young political leader as well as Energetic Social person. She has been continuously working for the cause of students, women and children in India. She is the chairperson of "GO INDIA FOUNDATION", a NGO which works for the betterment of women and their empowerment along with effective work for child education.

Mrs Mriganka Gupta is a professional educationist; she has developed and conducted professional and language programs at various levels in India and abroad. She is the Chairman and Technical Advisor for Sri Sanskar School of Etiquette and Career Development, New Delhi. She also trained students of different international communities in Intensive English at Oxford UK.

She has trained more than 5000 people in India and abroad on topics such as communication skills, self awareness, enneagram and its application in professional environment, cultural awareness and empathy, stress management and non verbal communication. For the past thirteen years, she has been visiting USA annually as a interpreter and counselor for stress management and cultural empathy. She has lived in UAE and UK for almost 5 years and interacted extensively with the Diplomatic Community during her husband’s tenures/assignments. She lends a depth of experience and her advice is invaluable in our operations as we aspire to grow and make this industry more reliable and better.
